How we'll support you
We'll train your team on how to introduce the membership plan and provide all the marketing materials you need to make it a success. Our in-house design team are available to brand all your plan literature to your practice; and if you don’t yet have the branding that you want for your practice, we can help you with that as well.
In addition, your regional support manager will be there making sure you have all the advice and support you need, when you need it.
But that’s only the start of it! We like to consider ourselves an extension of your team so we're always working towards your goals. Our customer services team are on hand to deal directly with patient queries and you can always access the expertise of any of the wider Practice Plan team if needed.
Managing your membership plan
Our sole aim is to make sure your practice is a success and as part of that, our innovative IT team have developed a unique online hub facility which gives you fast and reliable access to your patient data, helping you to manage your plan. With reports on your plan membership joiners and leavers, statements and feedback service and monthly reports, this secure system ensures that you have control over your information to the point of delegating which of your team members get to see what!
